Shipping and delivery

Orders ship from Jasper, Alberta. Preparation time depends on whether your item is in stock or made to order.  We only ship within Canada.

For custom-made orders, please refer to the lead time provided for your order. This is the time needed to make it. Shipping time is additional to that lead time.

Once your order has shipped, please allow up to 7 business days for delivery within Canada. This is an estimated transit time, not the total time from placing your order. 

Shipping costs

All prices below are in Canadian dollars.

Alberta: $12.50 flat rate for all orders.

Rest of Canada: Shipping is $14 for orders under $200 and $18 for orders of $200 or more.

Couriers and Tracking

We ship with Canada Post, UPS and Purolator depending on rates and delivery time.  Canada Post will always be selected for orders shipped to a PO Box.

Your shipping confirmation email will include a tracking number.  

Local pickup

If you live in Jasper or the nearby area, or you’ll be visiting, choose local pickup at checkout.  We will get in touch to arrange pickup.  Lead times still apply to local pickup orders.
