Shipping Timeline

All products are shipped from Jasper, AB, using Canada Post.  Things sometimes take a bit longer coming from here, but we do our best and get orders out as quick as possible.  Please allow up to 7 business days.

USA and International Shipping

Unfortunately we have suspended shipping to the USA. The United States government has removed the de minimus exemption which means goods values less that $800 are no longer exempt from duties and tarrifs.  This, along with increased and unpredictable tarrifs on goods from Canada, means that orders to the USA would have an extra tax of about 50% of the value of the order. I don't want you to pay that much in taxes and I also don't want to deal with the headaches of collecting it so shipping to the USA is suspended indefinitely. 

We ship to most other places in the world. Just enter your address at checkout. 

 

Shipping Costs

At checkout, rates will be calculated based on what you order (weight and package size) and they are basically the same as what we have encountered at the post office. 

 

Local Pickup

If you live in Jasper or the nearby area, or you know you'll be visiting, we have a promo code that eliminates the shipping charge.  Send an email to info@thiefbikepacking.com to arrange this, in advance of your order.
