Welcome Back!

Hello!   Welcome back to the Thief website.  I am sure most people know this already, but we have been shut down since July 22nd when our hometown of Jasper was evacuated due to wildfires.  Over the next two days, the wildfire grew into an unstoppable blaze and on the evening of July 24th, it reached the town of Jasper.  Overnight, one third of the structures in our small town were destroyed.  

Annie and I evacuated to Canmore, and have been staying here ever since.  We are extremely lucky that our house did not burn down.  It was very close.  We live in the southwest end of town which was hit hardest by the fire.  The fire burned buildings just metres from our home, and ours was mere minutes away from burning but was saved by firefighters.  We have a home to return to, but it will still be a while.  We cannot yet return home because of the smoke damage.

I have been back a couple times and I retrieved some premade products that were unaffected by smoke, thankfully.  I washed them anyway, just to be sure, and I thank anyone who purchases anything.  It has been a very challenging time mentally and emotionally since the evacuation, but this has also left me unable to work, so your orders mean even more now.

I hope to have the site open to regular orders soon.  In the meantime, take a look at what we have on offer.
